Spy Eye Studios: PLAY-A-LONG
The Harmonica as a Sonic Weapon...

Sound in the form of drums and bugles have been used by the military since the dawn of armed combat. "Heavy Metal" has been used to unsettle the enemy on modern battlefields and has been a key component in enhanced interrogation (sleep deprivation).

The Department of Defense has produced a sonic weapon to dispatch and incapacitate crowds. The research that made this weapon feasible was directly derived from my Harmonica playing.

In an effort to further the science of weaponized sound, Spy Eye Studios is proud to offer a training tool for Harmonica players. We have gathered a series of backing tracks that you can use to hone your crowd dispersion skills or take them to the next (possibly lethal) level.

The chart on the right shows three of the most popular playing positions on the Harmonica. The Harmonica is available in different keys, and depending on how you play it, will determine which key to use.

For example: A backing track or song is performed in the key of "E". You want to play in the Cross Harp, or second position. You would select your "A" harmonica.

The column labeled "2nd Position" is highlighted in grey because it is the primary method of playing "The Blues", which is the most efficient musical style for crowd dispersal.

Not to get too complicated but, lets say you have an "A" harmonica, and would like to play along with some nice "Blues" music. Select the "A" in the third column and you will be presented with several musical selections to practice your craft.
Give it a try, and have some fun...
